With the Republic of Kosovo: Kula Car insurance and pay toll Car insurance is obligatory and it must be done on border crossings. 

Only citizens of those states with which Montenegro has got a special agreement can be excluded from this. Thus the green card is valid for the following states: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, B&H, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Morocco, Malta, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Moldavia, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Suisse, Holland, Great Britain, Tunis, Turkey, Ukraine, Israel and Iran.

The main railway direction is Bar-Podgorica-Belgrade, and further from Belgrade there is a good connection to Europe. Railway stations:

AIR TRAFFIC 

The air traffic can be done from two international airports: Podgorica and Tivat. 
The Montenegrin air transport company ''Montrenegro Airlines'', has got regular air lines to Belgrade, Budapest, Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt, Ljubljanu and Rome. Also, regular lines in Montenegro are held by JAT, Adria Airways, Pelican Bly Line, companies executing the air transport for Belgrade, Ljubljana, Skopje and Bari.

The airport Golubovci (Podgorica) - 12 km from Podgorica, 80 km from Kolašin, 170 km from Žabljak, 62 km from Budva, 65 km from Bar, 95km from Ulcinj.

SHIP TRAFFIC 

Montenegro is connected to the rest of the world through its ship traffic too. Passengers’ and cargo ferries regularly commute on the lines Bar-Bari and Bar-Ankona. The harbours Bar, Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi have got the status of international harbours.

CURRENCY

Montenegro has accepted the common European currency – EURO (EUR) (€)= 100 cents, as the only means of payment on its territory. The coins are: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cents and 1 and 2 EURO; banknotes are: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 EURO. Exchanging of currencies can be done at the counters of banks and at Exchanges offices.

Green Culture Fest

Third Green Culture Festival ( GCF ) will be held in Ulcinj from 10th to  12th of September.

Several hundred participants are expected to participate at this "  green economy " Fair.

There are hardly any tourists who have spent their holidays in Ulcinj without visiting the Ulcinj Long Beach. Thus, should you decide to spend your holiday on Velika Plazha,

you will certainly be charmed by the miles-long sandy beach which joins the crystal clean sea with a masterful painter’s line.

According to the legend in the end of the XVI century the well-known Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes was a slave in Ulcinj.

Some investigators recognized a woman from Ulcinj in his Dulcinea of Tobosa, the leading role in his novel.
