In the hinterland of Velika Plazha, in the centre of Shtoj, there is the Church of St. Mark. In 2006 next to a smaller sacral building a bigger church was built, practically a cathedral, of extraordinary beauty, which became the central place of gathering for the local Catholics in this community. The peculiarity of this church is that during summer the sermon in it is in several languages.
