At one of the most significant international tourism fairs in Europe, “Ferien-Messe Wien,” held from January 15 to 18, 2026, Montenegro attracted great attention from visitors with its rich offerings and an appealing national stand.

As part of Montenegro’s presentation, Ulcinj showcased a united and diverse tourism offer, which sparked exceptional interest among visitors and tourism professionals. In addition to the Ulcinj Tourist Organization, numerous local tourism workers and hoteliers participated in the fair, presenting Ulcinj in a unique, strong, and recognizable way, promoting the city as a destination that offers a blend of natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, authentic gastronomy, and quality accommodation.

Special emphasis was placed on the Velika Plaža (Long Beach), Ada Bojana, the Old Town, as well as active and sustainable tourism, and the offer for the pre- and post-season, which further contributed to the interest of the Austrian market.

Besides Ulcinj, the fair also featured the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro, local tourism organizations from Tivat, Kotor, Budva, Podgorica, and Žabljak, as well as the Vučje Tourist Center and Klinci Village Resort.

The fair gathered thousands of visitors, and the Montenegrin stand was also visited by the Ambassador of Montenegro to Austria, Mrs. Stanica Anđić, further confirming the importance of this participation in promoting Montenegro and Ulcinj as an attractive tourist destination in one of the most important outbound markets.
