Third Green Culture Festival ( GCF ) will be held in Ulcinj from 10th to 12th of September several hundred participants are expected to participate at this " green economy " Fair.

The river Bojana (Albanian Buna, Latin Barbana) arises from Lake Skadar. It is 44 km long, and by its water amount brought into the sea it is the third river on the Mediterranean (after the river Nile and Po in Italy). It is a natural habitat for various plants and animals.

The ancient town Shas or Svač (Svatsh) is located on top of a hill (85m) Shas Hill, which streches on the North of Lake Shas, and which offers a beautiful view to the lake and to the whole area of the Bojana Delta.According to a legend Shas had as many churches as there are days in a year.
