Third Green Culture Festival ( GCF ) will be held in Ulcinj from 10th to 12th of September several hundred participants are expected to participate at this ” green economy ” Fair.
The organizers of this event are the Association ” KRUG ” from London, the municipality of Ulcinj and the Tourism
Organization of Ulcinj .
Last year, GCT was held in Porto Montenegro.
